you can download many dict here: http://stardict.sourceforge.net/Dictionaries_zh_CN.php . It should not be hard to decrypt, I can help you with that if I get the check-as-you-type http://www.loresoft.com/Applications/NetSpell/Discussion/749.aspx functionality for NetSpell
