1. From you IE / Firefox, tool -> options menu find internet temporary folder, like: C:\Documents and Settings\hwang\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files 2. Then locate cookie file like: cookie: username@servername/ 3. Open it you can see cookie contents: UserWords maxon|kwh ldevfas/ 1024 52364032 29854983 180285392 29848948 * "maxon", "kwh" are added, you can revome it here. Hope it helps a bit for you.
