Netspell error - please help!!

I get the following error when I try to use netspell on a test server:
Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: 'bligny' Key being added: 'bligny'
The thing is the code works perfectly when i run it locally. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this error? The key is definitely not in my dictionary twice.
