Medical Custom Dictionary

Hi, I'm trying to compile a Medical Custom Dictionary to include all of the GB words and additional Medical ones. I have tried to compile a custom dictionary but I can only do either GB or Medical and not both (I can't include the GB words into the Medical dictionary). Any advice / suggestions would be greatfully received. Thanks, Alex Driver

I hope someone is still watching this thread, but you should just need to instantiate two SpellCheckers and two WordDictionaries. One for the Queens english and the other for Medical terms. Which medical dictionary are you using??
